Shauni Sykes

Senior spotlights highlight the class of 2021 seniors. Shauni Renee Sykes is the daughter of Sheila and Gary Sykes. She has been involved in Drama Club and cheerleading during the past four years.
Sykes shared that her favorite teacher is business teacher, Mrs. Wriedt. She said, “Mrs. Wriedt has been my favorite teacher, because I know I can always go to her when I’m struggling.”
Three words to describe Sykes are kind, ambitious, and respectful. The most influential person in her life is "most definitely my mom" and she is most proud of how far she’s come.
Sykes' future plans are to attend college to get an associate's degree in business and then plans to open a motel. In ten years she hopes to own her own business.
