The Elementary Library has been a busy place lately! Third grade students read a Show Me Award Winner titled “Doll-E 1.0” about a little girl, Charlotte, who gets a doll from her mother but doesn’t know how to play with it because she only plays with ‘smart’ toys like robots and circuits. The 3rd graders were challenged to create a doll using MakerSpace supplies. To make the doll ‘smart,’ students used GarageBand to create fun voices for the doll. Students are shown here presenting their dolls to the class.
