
School WILL BE in session Thursday, Feb. 14th. We will be running buses on hard surface roads only. Elementary Valentine's parties will be held as planned.


End of 3rd quarter is now March 22nd. Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Thursday, March 28th 3:30-7:30.


Knox County R-1 Schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday February 13th

Thursday Feb. 14th activities will be as follows: Elvis Eagle participants will be recognized at half time of the GIRLS game. Courtwarming Royalty will be announced in between the games. Seniors will be recognized during BOYS half time.


MACC will be here February 20th at 2:00 pm to collect registrations and fees for dual credit classes.


Tonight’s JV and varsity games at Marceline are cancelled. They will not be rescheduled.

Due to falling temperatures and slick road conditions, Knox County R-1 School District will not be in session on Tuesday February 12th.

SENIORS: Mark Twain Scholarships are due first thing Tuesday morning. Make sure the educator's statement form is filled out and you have two copies of the entire completed scholarship to turn in to Mrs. O'Haver.

Knox County will plan to be in session on Monday February 18 for Presidents day as a snow make up day. We will also be looking to revise the calendar to attend school on March 15, and 18, April 18 and 22, with an anticipated last day on May 29.
