MS/HS Winter Awards Night


Reminder Kountry Konnections is coming this afternoon if you need a tux for Prom!


On Wednesday, February 28th, Knox traveled to Schuyler County.
Knox Varsity finished regular conference matches with a record of 7-1, with a loss to Schuyler 260-330, and a win over Salisbury 360-190. We will be 3rd seed at conference tournament on March 9th.
JH finished UNDEFEATED in conference matches, with wins over Schuyler 430-210 and Salisbury 280-60.
JV lost to Schuyler and Salisbury.

We hosted Scholar Bowl matches on Tuesday, February 27th. Knox Varsity Scholar Bowl moves to 6-0 in conference play with wins over Marceline 310-220 & Scotland 320-230. Knox JV had loses to Scotland. Knox MS had successful night with wins over Scotland and Marceline.

Due to icy road conditions, Knox County R-1 Schools will be closed today, Wednesday, February 28.

Saturday the 4th - 8th grade Math Teams traveled to Kirksville to compete in the qualifying round of math contests. We took a total of 18 students and brought home a ton of individual awards:

Preschool/Kindergarten Screening Reminder


Saturday 2/17 the middle school scholar bowl teams attended the Truman Winter Invitational.
6th grade ended the day with a record of 4 wins and 4 losses.
7th grade finished the day in 3rd place with a record of 6 wins and 3 losses
8th grade finished the day with a record of 4 wins and 5 losses.
Thatcher Townsend claimed captain of the all-tournament team with 71.43 points per game. Ezra Scoggin got second on the all-tournament team with 58.57 points per game. Jason Devlin tied for 8th place on the all-tournament team with 28.57 points per game.
Mrs. Mandi Delaney is the coach of all teams.

Due to the weather, Knox County Schools will be closed today, Friday, February 16.

Parents and staff, please do not pass the buses in the drop off lane in the mornings in front of the school. When you do so, it creates a dangerous situation with traffic going out. Please be patient and wait or come early.
