It's time to provide your Voice of Democracy and Patriot's Pen entries for the 2023-24 school year! Voice of Democracy is for students in grades 9-12 and Patriot's Pen is for students in grades 6-8. Your submissions are due to your language arts teacher no later than October 31, 2023. Cash prizes of $500, $250, and $100 will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, respectively. Congratulations to our Cross Country team for all placing in the top 15 at the Marion County Invitational Tuesday, October 2nd. Members of the Cross Country team are: Thatcher Townsend, Anthony Brugenhemke and Logan Wriedt. They are coached by Brandi Wriedt.

Boosters meeting coming up!

Students attended the John Wood Health Science Career Expo on Friday, September 29th. They learned about health career opportunities such a surgical tech, EMS, nursing, CMA, and fire safety. All programs are offered at John Wood Community College.
