Mr. Bob Kincaid has been a silent, unsung hero of KC R-I for over 42 years. He has set up and cleaned up after every home sporting event, which according to calculations, is over 1500 games, and that’s just for basketball season alone! He has kept our school sparkling clean and helps every student and staff member on a daily basis. Friday, February 10th marked his LAST HOME varsity basketball game, as he is retiring at the end of the school year. The Athletic Booster Club honored Bob with a Lifetime Membership for all his hard work, as well as a Knox County blanket. Staff and students signed a poster, put together a gift bag of goodies for him, and the basketball players and coaches all signed a ball for him. A well deserved standing ovation raised the roof in congratulating him! Shown here with Bob are Principal Alex Van Delft and Varsity cheerleader Kaydee Myers.
